Frustrated. Overwhelmed.  Anxious.  

 

These are just some of the ways we describe career changes or growth.  It often feels so lonely & sometimes we don't even know where to begin.  Networking can often be ineffective if you don't already have an existing network and most people don't even end up reaching out to others due to fear of rejection.  Which leaves many of us dealing only with recruiters.

 

To top it all off, modern female leaders especially find career growth challenging due to lack of leadership positions & representation.

So how much longer are we going to continue in this cycle?  

 

We decided that it was time to start leaning on each other.  We all deserve to have access to great mentors and coaches.  And, there are so many great undiscovered mentors out there that genuinely  want to help and see you succeed.   

 

Klatch mentors are experienced people, but most importantly - they are also human and genuine.  They are in your corner.
