Think you switch jobs too often? Feel like you had an off year? Your not alone. According to a recent article published by Quartz, about 41% of the 31,000 people surveyed by Microsoft said they are considering leaving their job this year.

Some of the reasons why are attributed to not being heard or seen, being in a constant state of languishing or just ready for an overall change.
